What areas do you serve?
Mainly Listowel, North Perth and Wellington County, including Palmerston. I also regularly work with clients in Stratford, Milverton and Atwood. If you're looking somewhere outside that, ask anyway. If I'm not the right fit, I'll tell you and point you to someone who is.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
Yes, and I absolutely love it. Buying your first home is a big step, and I'll make sure you understand every part of the process. Purchasing your first home does not have to feel intimidating, it can be an incredibly fun and enjoyable experience, and I try to make that happen at every opportunity!
Do you work with century and heritage homes?
Yes. Century homes are my absolute favourite. They come with a few extra questions, like wiring,
foundations and insurance, and I'll help you work through them before you buy.
I'm thinking about downsizing.
Where do I start?
Usually with a conversation rather than a listing agreement. We'll talk about timing, what your home is
likely worth, and whether it makes more sense to buy first or sell first. You won't need to decide
anything on the first call.
How do you decide on a list price?
I look at recent comparable sales, what you'd be competing with right now, and the things that don't show up on paper, like condition, lot, street and layout. You'll see the reasoning behind the number, not just the number.
